Shipping and Returns

We do our best to get your toys to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Standard delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Orders placed by 1 pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the next working day. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a tracking link.

• InPost courier (Poland) – from 12.90 PLN
• Shipping to European Union countries – 59 PLN

Free delivery

For orders over 80 PLN, delivery within Poland is free – the discount is applied automatically in the cart.

Returns

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To make a return, contact us and provide your order number – we will send you the details of the procedure.

• the product must not show signs of use,
• it should be sent back in its original packaging (if possible),
• please include your order number with the parcel.

Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund you within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as for the purchase.

Complaints

If the product you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, write to us at enjoygroup.eu@gmail.com or call +48 576 236 974. We will promptly replace the product or refund your money.
